The Associate Manager - Field Integration is responsible for supporting the successful execution of retail transformation initiatives and remerchandising projects.\nProject Execution & Integration\nSupport the planning and execution of store remerchandising projects.\nCoordinate project timelines, deliverables, and readiness activities across multiple stakeholders.\nMonitor project progress and identify risks that may impact execution schedules.\nProvide field-based recommendations to improve execution efficiency and store readiness.\nField Merchandising Support\nPartner with Field Merchandising Managers and project teams to develop execution plans.\nReview store layouts, fixture requirements, staffing needs, and phasing strategies.\nAssist in developing solutions for site-specific execution challenges.\nSupport pre-visits and project readiness reviews with stores and project teams.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nAct as a central point of contact between Store Planning, Field Merchandising, Dealers, Project Managers, and vendor partners.\nFacilitate communication and issue resolution throughout project execution.\nBuild effective relationships with stores and corporate support teams to drive successful outcomes.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nTrack project status, resource utilization, and execution performance.\nIdentify opportunities to improve field execution processes and reduce costs.\nShare best practices and lessons learned across projects and regions.\nWhat you bring\nRetail merchandising, project management, store planning, or field operations experience.\nStrong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of store fixtures, merchandising standards, and project execution processes.\nStrong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, project tracking, and reporting systems.\nOn-time project execution.\nEffective fixture utilization and cost management.\nPositive store and stakeholder feedback.\nReduced project risks and execution issues.\nConsistent adherence to merchandising and operational standards.\nWe’re always looking for great talent!
