Our goal is to turn trusted data into meaningful decisions that improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business performance.\nAs a Business Operations Analyst Student, you will support a variety of analytics, reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives that help drive business outcomes:\nBuild and enhance executive and operational dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools\nAnalyze operational and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights\nSupport forecasting, workforce planning, and performance measurement activities\nAssist with data cleaning, validation, testing, governance, and quality initiatives\nContribute to automation projects that reduce manual work and improve reporting efficiency\nParticipate in process improvement and data transformation projects across the Contact Centre\nCollaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into solutions\nPresent findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders\nAssist in the transition between data warehouse platforms and new software adoption\nHands-on experience in analytics, reporting, automation, data governance, and business consulting\nExposure to tools and platforms including Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, Jira, NICE IEX, PEGA, AI technologies, and Microsoft applications\nCurate knowledge and understanding of key contact center performance metrics such as service level, ASA, occupancy, adherence, etc.\nOpportunities to contribute to high-impact initiatives that influence operational and business decisions\nWhat you bring:\nCurrently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in turning data into insights\nSolid foundation of relevant technical skills such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality\nExceptional communication and teamwork skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge\nA willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and business concepts\nAn interest in process improvement, operational excellence, and using data to create business value\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment\nDemonstrates behaviours of transparency, accountability, agility, and learning from others that will support your success\nWe’re always looking for great talent!
