their data needs and provide input to solutions.\n\nGovernance and Quality Alignment: Ensure all data projects and initiatives adhere to established governance policies and quality standards.\n\nDevelop and implement processes in coordination with Data Governance Analysts and Data Management Analysts to monitor compliance throughout the data lifecycle.\n\nProject Monitoring and Delivery: Prioritize and balance multiple projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery.\n\nIdentify potential roadblocks or delays and develop strategies to mitigate risks.\n\nProduct Ownership: Act as the product owner for enterprise data platforms.\n\nDefine product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.\n\nEnsure continuous improvement and evolution of data platforms to meet organizational needs.\n\nPerformance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data initiatives.\n\nRegularly report on project status, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership.\n\nInnovation and Best Practices: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management.\n\nRecommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities.\n\nProvide guidance and mentorship to team members involved in data projects.\n\nFoster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\n\nRisk Management: Identify potential risks related to data initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nEnsure robust risk management processes are in place across all projects.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nPost-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related programs.\n\nProven leadership experience in managing projects and delivering data solutions that support cross-functional needs within corporate environments.\n\nUnderstanding of business needs and how data can be used to support those needs.\n\nKnowledge in Enterprise Data Management, data Integration architecture, patterns and standards.\n\nFamiliarity with data governance principles and practices.\n\nExperience working within Agile or Kanban-based delivery models, including backlog refinement, prioritization, and iterative planning, with the ability to adapt to changing business and operational priorities.\n\nAbility to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience with relational and non-relational databases, data lakes, and ETL processes.\n\nAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft tools including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure for deploying scalable data solutions.\n\nStrong organizational skills; detail-oriented; problem-solving abilities; critical thinking; adaptability.\n\nAbility to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.\n\nCDMP certification is considered a strong asset.\n\nNice-to-Have\nCDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification\n\nDatabricks\n\nMicrosoft preview\n\nIBM Knowledge Catalogue\n\nBroadband Salary Range: $64,000 - $106,000\nOur typical hiring range is between $100,000 and $105,000.00 per annum.\nSalary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
