CT REIT’s ESG team drives CT REIT’s developing ESG strategy and is responsible for CT REIT’s public ESG reporting and mandatory disclosures (Building Energy Benchmarking). Reporting into CT REIT’s Manager, ESG, the primary accountabilities within this role will include:\nSupporting CT REIT with annual building performance reporting to municipal and provincial regulators.\nWorking with CT REIT’s tenants, utilities, and regulators to obtain and process energy and water consumption data, including cost data for CT REIT’s buildings.\nReviewing utility invoices for anomalies, year-over-year variances, missing data and following up with utilities as for clarification as necessary.\nUploading consumption data to CT REIT’s data management software and updating CT REIT’s data tracking spreadsheet.\nWhat You Bring:\nCurrently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus within engineering, environmental sciences, data science, architecture, environmental sustainability, or related discipline\nKnowledge of sustainable building and building decarbonization strategies an asset\nData management and analysis skills (i.e. MS Excel)\nSelf-motivated with ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, supporting exchanges with multiple stakeholders\nWe’re always looking for great talent!
