This role translates governance requirements into practical guidance, supports teams through the AI governance process, and helps build a culture of responsible AI at scale.\nPartner with AI practitioners, product teams, and business stakeholders to embed AI governance requirements into delivery processes.\n\nProvide guidance and support through AI risk assessments, reviews, and approval processes.\n\nLead enablement programs, training sessions, and communities of practice to build AI governance capabilities.\n\nDevelop practical tools, templates, and guidance to simplify governance adoption.\n\nMonitor and report on governance adoption, maturity, and process effectiveness across business units.\n\nIdentify opportunities to reduce friction and improve the user experience for teams navigating AI governance requirements.\n\nWhat you bring\n5+ years of experience in AI, analytics, data governance, change management, or enablement roles.\n\nStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nExperience translating policies, standards, and risk requirements into practical, actionable guidance.\n\nProven ability to influence and build relationships across business and technical teams.\n\nCollaborative, service-oriented mindset focused on balancing governance with innovation.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nHigh adoption of AI governance processes and standards across the organization.\n\nIncreased AI governance knowledge and capability among practitioners and business teams.\n\nStreamlined engagement between governance and delivery teams through effective enablement and support.\n\nConsistent application of responsible AI practices across business units.\n\nWe’re always looking for great talent!
