In-store training will help develop the stores processes and execution to continue to improve our brand. The majority of travel will be throughout Ontario and some travel across Canada.\nTeaching and training the store management and team on operations, Logistics, Receiving product flow, eCommerce and Operational Best Practices.\n\nDeveloping store teams to have confidence in the knowledge and tools that are shared to support their teams’ progress and success.\n\nBuilding strong working relationships with the dealers to ensure consistent execution in our stores across the country\n\nAccountable for the management of selected stores to ensure communication to all stakeholders is upheld, and key milestones and targets are being met.\n\nAccountable for identifying and providing the tools/knowledge required for the store to successfully impactpositive change\n\nAccountable for implementing Operation process agreed by the Dealer and DSM\n\nAbility to quickly establish working relationships with Dealer and their team working collaboratively towards a common goal.\n\nSupporting the remerch and capitol projects with operational support in logistics, receiving and ecommerce.\n\nEstablish solid relationships with the District Sales Managers (DSM)\n\nWhat you bring\n5+ years progressive Canadian Tire retail experience or equivalent (SM/GM)\n\nHighly energetic with the ability to motivate others.\n\nFlexible and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment\n\nStrong knowledge in logistics, warehouse management or receiving processes\n\nComfortable managing people and building strong relationships with team\n\nAbility to influence and negotiate\n\nDemonstrated ability to deliver results\n\nMust be comfortable presenting and have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills\n\nStrong decision making skills\n\nKnowledge and experience with AS400 Reporting\n\nFluent with MS Office products, PowerPoint and other technology\n\nProject Management experience (i.e. project management experience of a Field Merchandiser)\n\nDriver licence and vehicle required\n\nWe’re always looking for great talent!
