Mark's Commercial is looking for a Supply Chain & Fulfillment Analyst to join our Commercial Planning & Allocation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across supplier management, purchase orders, inventory, fulfillment, and customer order execution.\nYou will work directly with suppliers, fulfillment centres, sales teams, and planning partners to track orders, manage inventory availability, identify risks, and help ensure customer commitments are met.\nThis position provides exposure to real-world supply chain operations, ERP systems, inventory management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting some of Canada's largest commercial customers.\nIf you're organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and excited to grow your career in Supply Chain, we'd love to hear from you.\nMonitor and manage open sales orders and purchase orders throughout their lifecycle.\nTrack supplier commitments and delivery performance against required dates.\nMaintain regular communication with suppliers to confirm shipments, delivery dates, and backorder status.\nEnsure accurate purchase order information is maintained within D365 and supporting systems.\nEscalate supply shortages, delays, and fulfillment risks to key stakeholders in a timely manner.\nSupport resolution of order-related issues impacting customer deliveries.\nAct as a primary point of contact between suppliers, fulfillment centers, sales teams, and supply chain partners.\nCoordinate supply chain activities to support customer service objectives.\nSupport weekly supply reviews and open order management meetings.\nPartner with internal teams to ensure inventory and fulfillment priorities are aligned with business requirements.\nAssist in maintaining inventory availability required to support customer demand.\nAnalyze open order demand, inventory positions, and supply constraints to identify risks and opportunities.\nSupport planning activities related to replenishment, order fulfillment, and inventory deployment.\nValidate supplier delivery schedules and monitor inbound inventory flow.\nAssist with implementation and maintenance of inventory planning parameters and fulfillment strategies.\nDevelop and maintain reports and KPI dashboards related to: Open sales orders Open purchase orders Vendor performance Service level attainment Inventory health\nPerform data analysis and provide recommendations to support operational decision-making.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis and reporting.\nIdentify opportunities to improve order management, supplier communication, and fulfillment processes.\nAssist in documentation of procedures, job aids, and training materials.\nParticipate in implementation of new tools, systems, and process enhancements.\nSupport operational excellence initiatives within Commercial Planning & Allocation.\nWhat you bring\nExperience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Planning, Allocation, or Operations.\nExperience working with suppliers and managing order fulfillment activities.\nExperience using ERP systems such as D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.\nAdvanced Excel skills including: Pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Data analysis Reporting\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nComfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems.\nExperience with inventory, purchasing, and order management processes.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong customer-service mindset with a focus on execution and results.\nWe’re always looking for great talent! Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
