This role comes with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. As the Team Lead, you'll utilize your auto parts expertise to drive sales in your PartSource store, applying our parts look-up system to identify and sell suitable automotive parts solutions to our customers. When the store management team is absent, you will assume keyholder responsibilities and oversee all aspects of store operations. Your contribution will be crucial in fostering positive relationships with our customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nUtilize the PartSource Operating System and external vendor platforms to identify the correct parts, process transactions, and sell suitable automotive parts solutions.\nEffectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.\nParticipate in in-store recognition programs, contests, and customer feedback initiatives.\nProvide constructive feedback to management regarding team performance.\nDelegate and ensure completion of store tasks in a timely manner.\nAssume store opening and closing duties in the absence of store management.\nCoach and train new or junior store staff.\nSupport enforcement of audit compliance, inventory control, and company standards.\nExecute daily shipping/receiving tasks, including returns processing and related documentation.\nUphold store appearance and merchandising standards and maintain a safe work environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)\nRecommend maintenance or repairs for store and delivery vehicles.\nQualifications\nPassion for automobiles, coupled with strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.\nDedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.\nEffective leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and team development.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\n1-3 years of retail experience in a supervisory role.\nProficiency in computer systems, including point of sale.\nFlexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nCapable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs for up to 8 hours per shift\nFamiliar with using protective equipment, including mandatory certified safety shoes (provided upon hire), and as required, safety glasses, reflective safety vest, gloves, and apron.\nPossession of a valid Driver's License is an asset.\nCompensation\nWe’re always looking for great talent!
