Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture: Design, scale, and maintain a modular, bulletproof client-side codebase that remains lean and fast under high user velocity.
Product UI Development: Transform complex visual assets and data logic into intuitive, highly responsive, and high-stakes user experiences that demand engagement.
Design System Implementation: Translate centralized visual guidelines into a reusable, pixel-perfect, and themeable component library built with absolute precision.
Performance Optimization: Maximize rendering efficiency, optimize bundle sizes, and eliminate layout shifts to ensure lightning-fast load times across global networks.
State Management: Architect robust client-side state logic, ensuring real-time data flows seamlessly and securely throughout the entire application layer.
API Integration: Connect complex backend systems and real-time data streams to the frontend UI, maintaining flawless data integrity and error-handling protocols.
The Technical Stack
You must possess elite-level, hands-on mastery of the following stack:
React: Advanced component design patterns, hooks optimization, and deep architectural intuition.
Next.js: Server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and advanced routing/caching mechanics.
React Query (GraphQL): Advanced server-state management, cache mutation strategies, and complex schema query orchestration.
Styled Components: Component-level CSS-in-JS styling architecture, rigorous theme implementation, and dynamic rendering optimization.
The Requirements
The "Visual Engineer": Proven experience shipping production-grade, highly polished web applications. You have an exceptional eye for detail, spacing, and smooth user flows.
Analytical Rigor: You don't guess when it comes to performance. You use browser profiling tools, core web vitals, and data metrics to track down and destroy rendering bottlenecks.
Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. We ship features when our global audience demands them. You must be available 7 days a week to handle real-time hotfixes, system deployments, and market surges.
Web3/Internet Culture Intuition: You understand the unique UX friction points of digital asset ecosystems, wallet connections, and fast-paced, digital-native environments.
Operational Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you write clean, self-documenting code and can manage your development pipeline without hand-holding.
Operational Details
Location: Fully Remote.
Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time hotfixes and global release cycles).
