This position also operates other equipment such as vacuum ovens, plasma etcher, tumble coater or other machines. Performs light maintenance and refurbishing on equipment. May perform shipping, receiving and other duties as requested.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n· Follows process instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSP’s) and verbal instructions from the Plant Manager, Coating Center Manager, Production Supervisor, or Production Manager.\n· Prepares job traveler sheets and coordinates and/or performs the processing of parts through some or all of the following tasks: unpacking, cleaning, promoting, masking, fixturing, coating, de-fixturing, demasking, packing, and completing all required documentation.\n· Loads machines, monitors process equipment during run, and verifies coating thickness using various measurement devices and tools.\n· Operates all machines connected with the promotion and deposition process with minimal help or assistance. Shuts down, unloads, reloads and starts machines as scheduled.\n· Able to operate, maintain and troubleshoot parylene deposition systems or other related equipment.
