AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you'll design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems, LLM-based applications, and orchestration layers. You'll work alongside product, ML, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration, high availability, and optimal performance of our AI-driven applications. This role requires strong expertise in AI technologies, a passion for scalable architecture, and experience with efficient data management for model performance.

Requirements:

• Ability to deal with ambiguous problem statements.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Experience working with LLM systems (prompting, LLM APIs, Agent Development Platforms++).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing ML pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Experience building Agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain.
• Proven ability to build and scale production-grade AI systems.
• Expertise in establishing robust AI evaluation (evals) frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience in backend development with proficiency in languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and server-side frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases (e. g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e. g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and agile development methodologies.
