In this role, you will be responsible for technical design, build, and run duties across enterprise IT infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and operating systems. You will play a key role in maintaining high system availability, executing patching and vulnerability remediations, deploying changes, and driving service delivery improvements at a global and regional scale.\nKey Responsibilities & Deliverables\nInfrastructure Management: Maintain SLAs for all supported infrastructure, handling incident, service request, and change tickets within ITSM queues.\n\nDesign, Build & Operations: Perform technical design, build, and run activities for enterprise infrastructure, virtualization (VMware ESXi), storage, and OS environments (Windows Server & RHEL).\n\nPatching & Security Remediation: Support routine system patching, vulnerability assessments, and security remediations across all infrastructure assets.\n\nHardware & Systems Support: Support data center hardware (Dell, HPE, Fujitsu), enterprise business applications, global contact centers, and agile office solutions.\n\nAutomation & Improvement: Apply scripting and automation techniques to standardize environments, reduce manual effort, and continuously improve service delivery.\n\nTroubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Analyze, evaluate, and rapidly resolve technical incidents and complex problems at local, regional, and international levels.\n\nEstudios\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nCertifications (Preferred): Professional certifications in Microsoft, VMware (VCP), Red Hat (RHCE), Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or IT Security/ITIL.\n\nRequisitos mínimos\nExperience: +5 years standardize and control IT environments.\n\nLanguages & Communication: Business fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across international
