The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, proactive problem-solver who is already leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day work and is excited to bring that mindset to supporting creative talent at scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreator Training and Retention\nProvide training and resources to ensure creators maximize their content's impact and monetization potential.\n\nBe the creator's biggest advocate internally, collaborating with marketing, product, support, and beyond to ensure new creators receive the necessary tools and resources.\n\nRelationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key creators, understanding their needs and challenges.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to creators, providing guidance and creative strategy to help them achieve their goals and maximize revenue.\n\nGather feedback from creators to inform product development and improve the creator experience.\n\nRevenue Growth\nDrive increase in the volume of creators leveraging our full suite of monetization tools, including subscription models, merch, and AI tech.\n\nDevelop revenue strategies to increase subscriber counts, platform sales, and earnings.\n\nIdentify, pitch, and negotiate new business opportunities and product solutions tailored to the needs of your creator portfolio.\n\nMarket Research and Analysis\nStay current with industry trends, emerging talent, and the competitive landscape.\n\nConduct research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition.\n\nAnalyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to hit targets.\n\nQualifications\nProven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing leadership role.\n\nCurrently using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) as part of your workflow - and enthusiastic about applying them to drive better outcomes for creators.\n\nStrong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nStrategic thinker with demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies.\n\nComfortable in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment - you adapt quickly and figure things out.\n\nGenuine passion for the creator economy and helping people build sustainable businesses.\n\nNice to have: proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau or SQL.\n\nWhy Join Passes\nCompensation: $70,000 to $100,000 per year DOE, competitive base + bonus\nFun, creator-filled office with snacks, full benefits, daily breakfast, lunches, dinners, music, and events\nReal exposure to multiple areas of a high-growth startup shaping the creator economy\nWork alongside creators you admire in a culture built for people who love this space\nPasses is an equal opportunity employer.
