We're expanding fast across New York, Europe, and Brazil - and we're just getting started.\nThe Role\nWe're hiring a Head of Client Deployment to lead the team that embeds with our most important clients to deliver creator growth at scale.\nYou'll own both client outcomes and team performance - acting as the senior partner to our top accounts, the leader of our deployment team, and a hands-on operator who steps directly into high-priority programs when it counts.\n This role is based in our New York City office (SoHo) with a hybrid work model. We are also open to candidates who are willing to relocate to the NYC area.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead client relationships & growth\nAct as the senior point of contact for our key accounts (CMOs, Heads of Growth, Influencer Marketing leads)\n\nOwn retention and expansion across our deployed accounts\n\nLead strategic planning, program reviews, and performance conversations with clients\n\nPosition Passionfroot as a long-term growth partner, not just an executor\n\nLead & scale the deployment team\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-6 (today our Campaign Managers - the people embedded in client programs)\n\nSet the standard for quality, communication, and execution\n\nBuild the systems and playbooks that let us deploy and deliver at scale\n\nOwn deployment strategy & execution\nOversee end-to-end execution of high-budget creator programs ($2M+/mo in spend across 6-8 accounts)\n\nGuide clients on creator selection, program structure, and creative direction\n\nEnsure programs align with each client's broader GTM and revenue goals\n\nJump into execution directly for priority clients or complex programs\n\nOwn reporting & performance\nEstablish and own a weekly reporting cadence across key accounts\n\nTranslate program data into clear, CMO-ready insights and narratives\n\nContinuously sharpen how we measure and communicate ROI\n\nSpot opportunities to optimize, upsell, and expand\n\nShape product & GTM (the AI-native edge)\nBe the senior voice between clients and product\n\nUse AI to prototype solutions to recurring client problems, refine them, and feed recommendations back to product\n\nHelp define how Passionfroot scales its deployment motion\n\nWho You Are\nThis role is ideal if you come from an agency background (Account Director, Group Account Director, Client Partner) or a director-level in-house role (Marketing, Growth, Influencer/Creator Marketing).\nYou likely:\nHave 6-10+ years in marketing, client services, or agency leadership\n\nHave run or overseen creator/influencer marketing programs\n\nHave managed large budgets and complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns\n\nHave led and developed high-performing teams\n\nOperate fluidly at both strategic and executional levels\n\nCommunicate confidently and succinctly with senior stakeholders\n\nAre AI-native or AI-curious - excited to use AI to deliver more, faster\n\nThrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment\n\nBonus Points If\nYou've managed 6- or 7-figure monthly campaign budgets\n\nYou've worked with B2B, SaaS, or startups\n\nYou've used Passionfroot or a similar creator marketing platform\n\nYou're excited about building the future of creator-led GTM\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nClients see Passionfroot as a critical growth partner\n\nPrograms consistently deliver strong performance and clear ROI\n\nYour team is high-performing, accountable, and growing\n\nReporting is sharp, insightful, and tied to business outcomes\n\nYou unlock expansion across existing accounts\n\nWhat We Offer\nAt Passionfroot, you’ll have the opportunity to build, lead, and define what great creator marketing looks like for the next generation of B2B companies.\nCompetitive comp - $140,000-$170,000 base + equity\n\n100% of employee health premiums covered\n\nTeam off-sites - Barcelona, Mallorca, South of France, Berlin\n\nLatest Apple hardware\n\nPassionfroot is an equal opportunity employer.
