You must have technical building controls expertise to be successful in this role.\nManage sales application support and engineering: Work closely with end-users, VARs, MSIs, and installation contractors to support project take-off and engineering processes.\nAct as a key feedback loop: Collaborate with external partners and our internal team to relay crucial insights to PassiveLogic’s leadership that improve product performance and deployment strategies.\nEnsure seamless project execution: Manage job timelines, coordinate site activities, and proactively address challenges to maintain project efficiency.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nIf your experience does not meet all our posted requirements below, we’d still love to hear from you. If that’s you, please apply!\nYou must have\nTechnical requirements:\nHands-on programming and configuration of DDC and/or PLC controllers\n\nExperience with BACnet, Modbus RTU/TCP, or equivalent building automation protocols\n\nAbility to develop and validate sequences of operation for HVAC systems including AHUs, chillers, boilers, and split units\n\nProficiency in at least one major BMS platform such as Niagara, DesigoCC, Honeywell EBI, or equivalent\n\nPoint-to-point I/O testing, FAT, and SAT commissioning experience on live building systems\n\nAbility to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems including low voltage wiring, terminations, and instrumentation\n\nExperience integrating third-party equipment over standard protocols\n\nProject management experience\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with SCADA or HMI platforms\n\nFamiliarity with AI-driven or autonomous control platforms\n\nIEC 61131-3 Structured Text or equivalent PLC programming experience\n\nGerman or Dutch language proficiency\n\nHands-on design and programming experience with building controls systems\"\n\nWe know there are candidates who might not fit everything we’ve described above, or who might have experience and skills we haven’t considered.
