You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to keep the office running seamlessly while supporting team operations, organisation, and culture.\nWhat you’ll do\nCulture & Team Experience: Plan and execute team events, celebrations, volunteering days, and off-sites. Support internal engagement initiatives. Help foster a positive workplace culture where people feel seen, heard and taken into consideration.\nAdmin Support & Finances: Support payroll administration (payslips, holidays, reimbursements, 30% of tax ruling), company doctor (sick leave), pension, lunch, office, commute & benefits arrangements. Coordinate travel and trip logistics for the team. Track monthly invoices, chat with the tax & immigration offices to resolve outstanding questions.\nDocumentation & Processes: Maintain and update internalPeopleOps documentation & processes.\nOffice & Workplace Management: Manage office supplies, snacks, lego sets and equipment. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages. If that’s you, please apply!\nYou must have\nProven experience: 2 years experience in HR, PeopleOps, or Admin roles.\n\nExceptional communication skills: Ability to talk to any person, and connect with people across, work fields, culture and languages. Clear communication is also important. Ideally you have an \"I've got you\" approach working with people.\n\nOrganized and strategic: Skilled in planning, managing people and experienced working in Office Package, Excel (Numbers), Box, MacOS. Comfortable handling confidential information.\n\nCollaborative mindset: Enjoy working across teams, contributing to different initiatives that come up, and always willing to pitch in where needed. Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude. You have the ability to own processes, people and lead the direction.\n\nAdaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, eager to learn, iterate, and innovate.\n\nProblem solving: You own this role, processes, people culture and lead the direction.
