Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for an Account Director to liaise with senior-level clients on a large multinational account in the nicotine category, focusing on a specific product category in the vaping space. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. You will report into the Managing Director within an account team of ten. The successful candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and ensure strategic leadership, talent growth and financial profitability.

What you'll do:

• Partner with the agency and account leadership to develop and motivate the account group to deliver the highest standards in leadership, insight, and delivery of services across all brand offerings.
• Collaborate with corresponding agency peer leaders in Strategy, Creative, and Account to achieve seamless project and campaign delivery.
• Oversee business unit of AOR relationship, managing budgets and simultaneously driving growth.
• Establish and maintain contact with senior clients at Director and VP level for the purpose of senior counsel and relationship/financial management.
• Identify and coach the account team on account development opportunities, i.e., how to make the most of your accounts.
• Ensure the revenue realization and profitability across the account.

What you'll need:

• 8-10+ years of account management experience, with at least 2 years in direct people management and a hands-on leadership approach
• Integrated agency team lead experience in both large networks and small agencies, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Regulated client category experience a plus
• Must have a track record of specific successes
• Have excellent listening and communication skills, to ensure a high level of service to clients
• Must have excellent leadership skills
• Be able to lead client presentations
• Be able to manage a team and act as a mentor to them
• A self-starter, with the ability to think independently and quickly, while maintaining Passport’s values at all times
• A willingness to travel occasionally for client visits

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
