The candidate will work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions while maintaining engineering excellence and architectural standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications using Python and C#/.NET.\n\n- Develop robust applications, REST APIs, asynchronous services, and background processing systems using Python and .NET Core/.NET 8.\n\n- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.\n\n- Build and deploy production-ready Agentic AI applications using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Develop AI-powered workflows involving embeddings, prompt engineering, structured output extraction, and model evaluation.\n\n- Design scalable microservices, event-driven architectures, API integrations, and multi-tenant application environments.\n\n- Architect and manage cloud-based solutions using Azure services, including AKS, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, and Azure OpenAI.\n\n- Implement secure and scalable application architectures with appropriate data isolation, observability, and access management.\n\n- Drive engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, CI/CD, and secure coding.\n\n- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize application and database performance.\n\n- Work with Azure DevOps and Terraform to support infrastructure automation and deployment processes.\n\n- Establish technical standards, reusable components, and architectural best practices across engineering teams.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Document architectural decisions, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.\n\n- Participate in technical discussions and communicate solution designs to engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\n- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong portfolio of production applications and systems designed and delivered.\n\n- Expert-level proficiency in Python, including application development, asynchronous programming, type checking, pytest, and performance profiling.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, object-oriented programming, .NET Core/.NET 8, REST APIs, and background services. C#/.NET experience is mandatory.\n\n- Production experience with Generative AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and RAG architectures.\n\n- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks.\n\n- Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, structured output extraction, and AI evaluation frameworks.\n\n- Extensive knowledge of Azure services, including AKS, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Azure OpenAI, and Azure DevOps.\n\n- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.\n\n- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, and multi-tenant data isolation.\n\n- Experience with TDD, automated testing, RBAC/IAM, secure coding practices, and SQL performance optimization.\n\n- Ability to make architectural decisions, conduct technical reviews, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Production experience with TypeScript and React for full-stack application development.\n\n- Experience with document processing and understanding using vision-based LLMs, including GPT-4o Vision.\n\n- Knowledge of OCR and multimodal data extraction pipelines involving PDF and DOCX documents.\n\n- Familiarity with contract management, procurement, or invoice processing applications.\n\n- Experience contributing to or working with open-source AI frameworks.\n\nIdeal Candidate :\n\nThe ideal candidate will be a technically strong engineering professional capable of owning complex architectural decisions and delivering production-ready enterprise applications.
