integrations between Dynamics 365 and Azure services.\n\n- Develop Azure Functions and backend services using C# and .NET.\n\n- Design and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dataverse/Dynamics 365.\n\n- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript customizations, and integrations using Dynamics 365 SDK and Web APIs.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and functional consultants to deliver scalable solutions.\n\n- Apply AI-assisted development practices using tools such as Claude or Codex to improve development efficiency and code quality.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 development experience.\n\n- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and custom Model-Driven Apps.\n\n- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Azure Functions.\n\n- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services such as API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure Storage.\n\n- Proven experience with data migration, ETL processes, Dataverse, and large-scale data loads.\n\n- Expertise in Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities, Power Platform, and Web APIs.\n\n- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.\n\n- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude or Codex.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.\n\n- Experience with enterprise-scale CRM transformation projects.\n\n- Knowledge of security, performance optimization, and integration best practices within the Microsoft
