You will partner with leaders across Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success and People to improve how we organize, access and use data to make informed business decisions.\nWe're looking for a builder who has successfully developed enterprise data environments, brings strong technical judgment and takes ownership from strategy through execution.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign and build a scalable enterprise data warehouse and reporting infrastructure from the ground up. \nEvaluate and recommend data architecture, cloud platforms and reporting solutions, balancing scalability, cost and business needs. \nEstablish data models, integration frameworks and data management practices that support enterprise-wide reporting. \nPartner with business leaders to understand reporting needs, advise on data architecture and develop meaningful business intelligence solutions. \nEnable historical reporting, trend analysis and performance tracking across key business metrics, including SaaS revenue, retention and operational KPIs. \nServe as a technical center of excellence for enterprise data management while providing hands-on leadership and guidance to a growing BI function. \nOwn project delivery, proactively resolve technical challenges and communicate progress, risks and recommendations to stakeholders. \nWhat You'll Bring:\n8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, business intelligence or data management, including building scalable data environments. \nProven experience designing and implementing enterprise data warehouses and integrating data across multiple business systems. \nStrong SQL, data modeling, database architecture and data integration expertise. \nHands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure-based data solutions or similar technologies. \nExperience evaluating data technologies and making architecture recommendations based on business requirements. \nFamiliarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. \nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for business and executive stakeholders. \nStrong ownership, independent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex initiatives with minimal oversight. \nNice to Have\nExperience supporting enterprise reporting in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business. \nFamiliarity with Salesforce, financial systems and operational data sources. \nExperience mentoring or leading technical team members. \nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompetitive Base Salary: $135,000 -
