This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into scalable solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, and our broader technology ecosystem.\nThis role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and works within a defined delivery model: partnering with our Salesforce Administrator on declarative platform changes, and with our engineering and QA team on custom development and integration work between Salesforce and HubSpot, and the rest of our GTM ecosystem.\nThis is not a traditional Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate will combine business analysis, process design, solution design, data modeling, and systems thinking to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and user experience across the organization.\nYou will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, shape practical solutions, and lead system-related initiatives from discovery through release readiness.\nWhat You'll Do\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nWork with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and system needs. \nFacilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and process reviews. \nGather, document, and validate clear business requirements. \nTranslate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria. \nAnalyze existing processes and recommend scalable improvements. \nServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. \nSolution Design & Business Systems Ownership\nDesign scalable business system solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, customer support, billing, and other operational technologies. \nDevelop future-state process flows, solution designs, system design documentation, object models, data structures, automation approaches, and integration requirements. \nAssess how proposed changes impact processes, integrations, data structures, reporting, and user experience. \nRecommend design approaches that prioritize simplicity, scalability, maintainability, and data integrity. \nIdentify technical debt and propose long-term design improvements. \nPartner with the Salesforce Administrator to scope and implement declarative configuration changes. \nPartner with engineering and QA to scope, prioritize, and validate custom development and Salesforce-HubSpot integration work. \nThink beyond the current state to design scalable solutions and leverage AI where it can improve GTM velocity, insight, or efficiency. \nProject & Initiative Leadership\nCoordinate business systems initiatives through planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, release validation, and change management. \nSupport project planning, prioritization, risk identification, and dependency management. \nPartner with project managers and delivery leaders to ensure successful execution. \nKeep stakeholders aligned throughout solution development and implementation. \nSupport user acceptance testing, release validation, and change management activities. \nData & Analytics\nEnsure solutions support high-quality reporting and analytics. \nPartner with data teams to define business metrics and reporting requirements. \nOwn the data quality and integrity requirements for any system change, partnering with the Salesforce Administrator and engineering team on implementation. \nPromote consistent definitions and data standards across systems. \nGovernance & Continuous Improvement\nEstablish and maintain documentation standards for processes, requirements, and system designs. \nParticipate in solution reviews and governance activities. \nAdvocate for best practices in business analysis, systems design, documentation, and platform administration. \nIdentify opportunities to improve operational maturity, efficiency, and automation. \nWhat You'll Bring\n10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or similar role. \nExperience designing and implementing solutions across Salesforce and HubSpot, including building and maintaining integrations between the two. \nStrong business process analysis and process design expertise. \nExperience working within a shared delivery model, partnering with a dedicated platform administrator and/or engineering team rather than owning end-to-end build. \nExperience gathering and documenting complex business requirements. \nExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. \nStrong understanding of system integrations, data management, and process automation. \nAbility to communicate effectively with executives, business users, and technical teams. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to navigate ambiguity and independently drive outcomes. \nNice-to-Haves:\nSalesforce Administrator certification. \nSalesforce Business Analyst certification. \nSalesforce Advanced Administrator certification. \nExperience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Business Operations functions. \nExperience with CPQ, subscription management, billing systems, or SaaS operational workflows. \nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies. \nExperience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work management platforms. \nExperience with data visualization and reporting platforms. \nExperience leveraging AI in a GTM environment to drive sales velocity, improve GTM insights, or increase operational efficiency. \nThe ideal candidate:\nCombines systems thinking with clear, business-oriented communication. \nUnderstands systems, processes, and better solution design, and improved stakeholder alignment. \nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompetitive Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 based on experience and location.\nBenefits:\n401k Match: Match 200% of
