You should also be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and enjoy educating and equipping fellow developers on AI solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and develop generative AI solutions across a rapidly expanding product portfolio\nDevelop and deploy AI agents for internal tools and customer-facing applications\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tech into existing systems\nIdentify optimum data processing and structure for accurate AI analysis\nWrite clean, maintainable code in C#, Python or other relevant languages\nTranslate requirements into clear engineering deliverables, track progress, and communicate status through stand-ups and stakeholder updates\nConduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AI agent workflows\nStay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in commercial AI systems\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n5+ years of professional software development with C# and the .NET ecosystem \nFamiliarity with a AI agent framework (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, MetaGPT)\nGood understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) and prompt engineering\nExperience with AI libraries (e.g., Transformers, OpenAI API, Hugging Face)\nExperience with GenAI data pre-processing and embedding \nExperience with REST APIs and at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) \nExperience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases \nProficiency with Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review \nStrong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment\nNice to Have:\nKnowledge of agent memory, planning, and tool-use strategies\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines\nContributions to open-source AI projects or personal agent-based experiments\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompetitive Base Salary: $135,000 -
