Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination\nGather and analyse business requirements by working closely with users and relevant stakeholders.\nLiaise with software vendors, consultants, and service providers on system development, implementation, and technical support.\nProvide technical advice and recommendations to support business and operational requirements.\nPrepare technical documentation, system specifications, and implementation updates.\nProvide training and guidance to users on new systems, features, and operational procedures.\n5. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement\nEstablish and follow software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance procedures.\nEnsure software solutions comply with relevant IT policies, security requirements, and data protection standards.\nIdentify opportunities to automate processes, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.\nKeep abreast of emerging software technologies, development practices, and industry best practices.\nJob Requirements and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\nRelevant experience in software development, application support, system implementation, or IT systems maintenance.\nExperience in software development, application enhancement, or system integration would be an advantage.\nProficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.\nKnowledge of relational databases, SQL, database design, and data management.\nFamiliarity with software development life cycles (SDLC), software testing, debugging, and version control.\nUnderstanding of system integration, APIs, web applications, and enterprise systems.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, and IT infrastructure.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across technical and business teams.\nDetail-oriented, organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing business and technical requirements.\nStrong commitment to software quality, system reliability, and continuous
