hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers and disciplinary action for technical and specialized equipment staff.\nCarry out work assignments to the highest quality levels.\nKnowledge/Skills/Ability\nAbility to effectively deal with internal personnel issues as to minimize field crew attrition.\nModerate computer skills including the ability to operate Sharepoint and Excel.\nAbility to manage time to maximize results.\nIn depth knowledge of Wireline or Pumping technical operations\nAbility to make tough business and personnel decisions.\nRecognize problems and improvements needed and pass these on to the location supervisor.\nInsure compliance by field crews and shop personnel with Company personnel policies and all
