The role works closely with carriers, third-party providers, Accounts Payable, Finance, and internal stakeholders to support timely payments and continuous improvement.\nThis position reports to the Logistics Supervisor.\nDetailed Description\nThe Associate Supply Chain NEX will perform the following essential duties:\nValidate, review, and document deliveries of all last-mile logistics services using internal software systems and Microsoft Excel.\nProcess logistics invoices and coordinate with carriers and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate submission.\nPartner with Accounts Payable and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure payments occur within defined net terms.\nEnsure compliance with shipping carrier requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.\nWork with managers and internal team members to implement new logistics strategies and operational improvements.\nMaintain and update weekly service-level reports, providing analysis and insights as needed.\nNotify management of ongoing performance issues, delays, or process concerns.\nRecommend and support the implementation of process improvements.\nSupport general administrative and supply chain functions as assigned.\nJob Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:\nStrong organizational skills and good judgment with the ability to manage priorities proactively.\nAbility to analyze information logically to identify strengths, weaknesses, and solutions.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly.\nProficiency in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.\nAbility to navigate effectively in Microsoft Windows®, Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision after initial training.\nAbility to develop plans, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.\nAbility to communicate professionally with business partners, managers, peers, and vendors.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative support role.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in supply chain or logistics operations.\nOil and gas industry experience.\nAdditional Details (Work Environment & Physical Demands)\nThis role is primarily office-based, with work performed in a typical administrative environment. The position may occasionally require walking, standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 20 pounds. The role requires extended periods of computer work, including typing and reviewing data.\nThe position may involve occasional extended work schedules depending on business needs.
