role requires relocation to Williston, ND\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary engineering point of contact for clients during field operations.\nConduct site assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-the-spot engineering support.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and implemented.\nAnalyzes well performance and helps completions engineers optimize stimulation design\nAnalyzes and provides recommendation data where wells and processing machinery should be placed in order to maximize production. \nAnalyze data in order to recommend placement of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production. \nMonitors production rates and reworks processes to improve production where possible. \nPrepare presentations, detailed reports, documentation, and recommendations based on field observations.\nSupport project planning, execution, and post-project reviews with a focus on continuous improvement.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. \nWork closely with field staff, sales and technicians as needed.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of field engineering experience, preferably in a client-facing role, in lieu of a BS in STEM/Engineering\nStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.\nAbility to work independently in remote or challenging environments.\nProficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.\nWillingness to travel frequently within district or to HQ as required.\nPreferred Skills:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering/STEM w/2-4 years of Field Experience\nExperience in Frac, Power Solutions, EOS, or other NEX product line is highly desired \nFamiliarity with client relationship management and project coordination.\nCertifications such as PMP, PE, or industry-specific credentials are a
