Founded in 2008, Path provides a wide range of construction services across diverse sectors, including healthcare, higher education, multifamily, hospitality, retail, self-storage, senior living, transportation, water and wastewater treatment, convention centers, laboratories, correctional, and institutional projects.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and custom software that improve business operations and project execution. \nIdentify opportunities to automate workflows and implement AI solutions across estimating, operations, project management, recruiting, accounting, and other business functions. \nCollaborate with business leaders and project teams to translate operational needs into practical AI and software solutions. \nIntegrate AI solutions with existing business systems, including Procore, P6, Autodesk, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other construction platforms. \nResearch, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies that improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization. \nDevelop proprietary software, internal tools, and innovative technology solutions that support Path's long-term growth and competitive advantage. \nEnsure AI solutions follow best practices for security, data privacy, and responsible AI use. \nBuild strong relationships across the organization and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. \n3+ years of professional experience in AI engineering, software engineering, machine learning, or application development. \nStrong programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages, with experience building AI-powered applications, automation tools, or custom software. \nFamiliarity with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, APIs, and modern AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or similar technologies. \nExperience integrating software with enterprise platforms such as Procore, P6, Autodesk, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or other business systems is preferred. \nConstruction, architecture, engineering, or real estate development experience is a plus. \nEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a desire to help build new technology solutions that drive the company's growth and competitive advantage. \nStrong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization\nBenefits\nAnnual Salary Range: $100,000 -
