This person will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR strategy and tools.\nUltimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.\nResponsibilities\nSchedule meetings, interviews, and HR events; maintain team calendars and agendas.\nSupport recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring activities.\nRespond to employee and external HR inquiries and provide administrative support.\nAssist with the implementation of HR programs, processes, and systems.\nSupport employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters.\nMaintain accurate employee records, including personal information, payroll, leave, and turnover data.\nCoordinate with payroll, benefits, and other departments on HR-related matters.\nAssist with performance management processes and documentation.\nCoordinate employee training sessions and seminars.\nSupport new hire orientations, onboarding, and employee record updates.\nPrepare reports on HR activities and maintain employee vacation calendars.\nAssist with HR policies, employee feedback initiatives, and other HR projects as needed.\nPerform additional HR duties and administrative tasks as assigned.\nCheck us out at www.pathcc.com!\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in an HR coordinator or administrative role\n\nKnowledge of HR processes, best practices, and employment laws\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\n\nExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools\n\nFamiliarity with candidate sourcing, resume databases, and social media recruiting\n\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills\n\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion\n\nStrong time management and attention to detail\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\n\nBenefits\nAnnual Salary Range: $55,000 -
