Join our team as an Assistant Controller, where you will oversee the general ledger process, revenue recognition, accounts payable, and customer receivables. You will be responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, financial statement consolidation, and technical accounting analysis. Additionally, you will assist in integration workstreams related to financial reporting and accounting, provide accounting support in FP&A processes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the Finance & Accounting function.
Missions
- Supervise transaction-level general ledger process and monthly close, revenue recognition process, and processing of accounts payable.
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly reporting, including monthly compliance with group accounting requirements.
- Assist in integration workstreams related to financial reporting and accounting, and provide accounting support in FP&A processes.
Profil recherché
- Deep knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and experience preparing financial statements- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for financial accuracy and compliance
- Experience managing accounting teams or supervising accounting staff
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Ability to work effectively with external auditors and prepare for audit engagements
- Strong communication skills with ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in an Assistant Controller or similar accounting management role
- Experience with month-end and year-end close procedures, including reconciliations and consolidations
- Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit processes
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
