Sometimes you'll be neck-deep in low-level systems, and other times you'll be pairing up with the front-end team on the user interface.\nDrive the architecture of our application platform, considering the team and our future product roadmap.\nCollaborate with product, design, machine learning, and infrastructure teams.\nDrive and uphold high engineering standards, bringing consistency to the codebases you encounter and ensuring software is adequately reviewed, tested, and integrated.\nMentor, learn, and share knowledge with others along the way.\nTake responsibility for the quality of the code produced by you and the team.\nContribute to a SaaS platform used in clinical trial workflows, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.\nCollaborate with clinical, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure software changes meet validation expectations and support inspection readiness.\nWho You Are: (Required)\nYou have a Bachelor of Science or an advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent.\nYou have some experience working across the full software development lifecycle using Python..\nYou are proactive and have demonstrated the ability to learn quickly in a complex space.\nYou have experience and skills in designing and building python-based (FastAPI or Django) applications.\nYou have a demonstrated foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO design.\nYou have the ability to collaborate with a distributed team and to work autonomously on projects.\nPreferred:\nYou have demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.\nYou have Cloud Platform experience (AWS); knowledge of some IaC framework\nYou have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI.\nYou have knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.\nThis is a hybrid position based in Boston, MA.\nRelocation benefits are not available for this position.\nThe expected salary range for this position based on the primary location Boston, MA is $96,750 - $148,350.
