These principles continue to drive our growth and success.\nFor more information, please visit www.pathcc.com\nKey Responsibilities:\nReport directly to the estimating team throughout the entire bidding process\nReceive and organize all bidding documents sent from client\nOrder and pick up all project drawings required for bid\nSet up project specific bid comparison documents and folder\nCreate formal invitation to bid packages that will be sent to all subcontractors\nEnsure all subcontractors received bid packages and confirm their intent to bid\nCollect and distribute all RFI’s and addendum issued during bid process\nCommunicate award or non-award letters to subcontractors post bid \nRequirements\nAssociate’s degree or higher \nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Adobe \nStrong communication skills with a professional phone presence \nAbility to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment \nStrong time management, organization, and follow-up skills \nAbility to take initiative and be resourceful, especially when bidding in new markets \nWillingness to work extended hours during active bid periods \nWorking knowledge of the commercial construction industry \nFamiliarity with subcontractor databases such as Blue Book \nExperience with estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff, I Square Foot, or similar\nBenefits\nAnnual Salary Range: $60,000 -
