Founded in 2008, Path provides a wide range of construction services across diverse sectors, including healthcare, higher education, multifamily, hospitality, retail, self-storage, senior living, transportation, water and wastewater treatment, convention centers, laboratories, correctional, and institutional projects.\nDuties for Project Executive/Business Group Leaders include:\nLead multiple project teams to deliver successful, safe, and profitable projects\nOversee preconstruction activities, including subcontractor prequalification, estimating, value engineering, and preconstruction meetings\nEstablish project budgets and maintain accountability for project financial performance, including profit and loss\nIdentify, analyze, and mitigate project risks\nOversee project schedules from preconstruction through closeout\nManage project claims and dispute resolution\nReview design documents to verify scope completeness, identify cost impacts, and resolve design conflicts\nPrepare, track, and distribute preconstruction RFIs to address missing information and clarify scope\nOversee the procurement process, including subcontract and purchase order issuance\nEnsure effective project controls related to safety, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability\nDevelop, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams\nBuild and maintain relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities through networking and business development efforts\nRequirements\n10+ years of commercial construction management experience, including leadership of multiple projects and teams\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred\nStrong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost controls, budgeting, and financial reporting\nOSHA safety experience with a demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety\nProven experience delivering projects across multiple asset classes\nExtensive preconstruction experience, including estimating, value engineering, and procurement\nExpert understanding of building systems, construction methods, and assemblies.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software, including Procore, Sage, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project\nStrong leadership, communication, and team-building skills\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and a desire to help grow the business and mentor others\nBenefits\nWe offer:\nAnnual Salary Range: $130,000 -
