For more about us, please visit our website at www.pathcc.com.\nDuties for an Intern include introduction and team participation in:\n General Contract and Subcontract administration\n Monitor and document jobsite safety and accident prevention\n Construction Scheduling\n Material & Equipment - procurement and expediting\n Process RFI’s\n Receive\n Review\n Submit\n Log\n Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination\n Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting\n Review of subcontractor applications for payment\n Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings\n Supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ field installations\n Review and negotiate change proposal pricing from subcontractors\n Prepare change proposals \n Change order documentation and associated cost reporting and maintenance\n Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and equipment\n Quality control\n Project Closeout\n Implement all applicable Safety Programs and EEO/Affirmative Action Programs on the Project\n Requirements\nCurrently pursuing a 4 year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field\nUp-to-date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills\nGeneral knowledge of construction principles/practices \nStrong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment and grow the company\nMust have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel may be required\nWorking knowledge of project management process and software.
