The Superintendent plays a critical role in managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and at a high level of quality.\nWe are seeking individuals with strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of construction means and methods across multiple trades.\nKey Responsibilities\n Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion \n Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel \n Maintain project schedules and ensure work is progressing on time \n Oversee site safety and enforce company safety standards and procedures \n Manage quality control and ensure work meets project specifications \n Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders \n Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track \n Support project teams with coordination, logistics, and overall execution \nFounded in 2008, Path Construction delivers a wide range of construction services across multiple regions nationwide. These principles continue to drive our growth and success.\nFor more information, please visit www.pathcc.com.\nRequirements\n5+ years of building and construction management experience \n OSHA site safety experience \n Strong communication skills and comfort with modern construction technology \n Proven technical knowledge of construction means and methods across all phases of a project (including concrete, masonry, metals, wood and plastics, moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication, security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, transportation, water and wastewater, and demolition) \n General knowledge of construction principles and practices \n Strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to company growth \n Valid driver’s license;
