Performs a variety of customer transactions and account servicing functions, while ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nEssential Functions\nProcess customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers in accordance with banking policies and procedures \nProvide customer service support related to deposit accounts, account maintenance, and general banking inquiries \nAssist customers with account opening, product education, and basic financial services needs \nMaintain accuracy in cash handling, balancing, and transaction processing within established guidelines \nSupport daily branch operations including teller line coverage and platform assistance as needed \nTravel between assigned branch locations to provide staffing support based on operational needs \nEnsure compliance with banking regulations, including customer identification procedures, privacy, and data security requirements \nIdentify opportunities to refer bank products and services that align with customer needs \nMaintain a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions \nPerform administrative and operational tasks to support branch efficiency and service delivery\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent \nPrior customer service or cash handling experience \nAbility to travel between branch locations as needed \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills \nAbility to work in a fast-paced banking environment while managing multiple priorities \nBasic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking systems \nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing \nAbility to adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements \nPreferred
