Benefits include comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, flexible spending options, flexible PTO, life insurance, education support, a 401(k) plan, parental leave, and more.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or other related fields.\n150 credit hours required to sit for CPA exam preferred.\nGraduate degree preferred.\n2+ years public accounting experience with a Certified Public Accounting firm serving high net worth families or Family Office Services experience desirable.\nFamiliarity with or hands-on experience using AI-powered productivity tools to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and work quality strongly preferred.\nJob Responsibilities:\nComplete work papers, tax projections, and tax returns for partnerships, trusts, individuals, and private foundations.\nConduct tax research to provide insight to specific client situations.\nPrepare deliverables for quarterly client meetings for Tax, Philanthropy, Insurance, and accounting service areas.\nParticipate in weekly scheduling meetings.\nPresent periodically on a tax technical topic from a selection of current topics.\nManage multiple assignments and communicate project statuses with team.\nOther family office duties as assigned or needed.\nPay Transparency: Pathstone’s expected starting base compensation range for the position as of the time of this posting is $55,000 - $65,000 per year. The actual base compensation selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) experience, education, specialty and training.
