FlightPath supports clients across charter, jet card, fractional ownership, aircraft management, and whole aircraft ownership structures.\nJobDescription: FlightPath is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and client-focused Senior Associate to support Pathstone’s private aviation advisory practice.\nThis role combines aviation operations knowledge, financial analysis, project management, and client relationship support. The Senior Associate will help manage client engagements, coordinate aviation projects, maintain operating workflows, and support ongoing advisory relationships across charter, jet card, fractional ownership, aircraft management, and whole aircraft ownership structures.\nThe ideal candidate has experience in private aviation operations, charter sales, aircraft management, flight operations, or a related aviation environment. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, advisors, and aviation providers.\nAs part of a growing advisory platform, the Senior Associate may also contribute to broader Professional Services Group initiatives, including Client Excellence programs, PSG Bootcamp, educational events, meeting coordination, project administration, and related priorities.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \nClient Relationship Support\nServe as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client engagements.\nCoordinate information gathering, follow-up, and communication between clients, advisors, and aviation providers.\nSupport ongoing strategic client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-through.\nAssist in preparing client presentations, reporting packages, and meeting materials.\nDeliver a responsive, high-touch client experience consistent with Pathstone's service philosophy.\nAviation Advisory & Analysis\nAssist FlightPath leadership in evaluating charter, jet card, fractional ownership, aircraft management, and whole aircraft solutions.\nConduct utilization reviews and operational analyses.\nCompare vendor proposals and program economics.\nSupport aircraft acquisition, renewal, and transition projects.\nMonitor industry offerings and aviation market developments.\nFinancial Analysis & Reporting\nAnalyze aviation invoices and provider billing for accuracy.\nAssist in preparing utilization reports and cost benchmarking analyses.\nMaintain client tracking models and reporting tools.\nPrepare financial summaries and business insights for client engagements.\nSupport development of recurring quarterly reporting deliverables.\nOperations & Project Management\nMaintain FlightPath engagement trackers, dashboards, and CRM systems.\nTrack contract renewal dates, key milestones, and client deliverables.\nCoordinate multiple concurrent client projects and priorities.\nSupport workflow improvements and scalable operational infrastructure as FlightPath grows.\nProvider & Industry Coordination\nMaintain relationships with aviation providers and service partners.\nCoordinate proposal requests and vendor information gathering.\nAssist with provider evaluations and benchmarking exercises.\nSupport due diligence and comparative analysis across aviation providers.\nQualifications:\n2+ years of experience in any of the following fields is preferred: charter sales, aircraft management, flight operations, or other private aviation-related roles.\nKnowledge of private aviation products and services, including charter, jet cards, fractional ownership, aircraft management, and whole aircraft ownership structures.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.\nExcellent computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to organize and analyze large amounts of data and information.\nAbility to review contracts, invoices, utilization reports, and operational metrics with precision.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered productivity tools, with an interest in applying them creatively to improve efficiency, collaboration, workflow management, and overall work quality.\nExperience with CRM systems is a plus.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nA proactive self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.\nAnalytical, curious, and able to translate information into practical insights.\nA clear written and verbal communicator.\nRelationship-oriented, client-focused, and professionally dependable.\nProcess-driven, adaptable, and creative in solving problems.\nEager to learn and grow within a developing advisory business.\n\nVisa Sponsorship: Please note, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for the position offered.
