Team members are encouraged to pursue their interests and contribute to the firm’s culture through committees and initiatives that help shape our shared mission.\nWhat You’ll Do: This summer internship offers an opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on exposure to wealth management and the Advisory function at Pathstone. Our Advisory teams are at the center of how we serve clients, bringing together the firm’s investment, planning, tax, family-office, and other capabilities to deliver thoughtful, integrated advice that helps our clients make informed decisions and pursue their goals.\nYou’ll be embedded within an Advisory team and contribute to projects and activities that support client service and advisor effectiveness. Along the way, you’ll gain a firsthand understanding of how a leading wealth management firm works collaboratively to serve complex clients, while developing your analytical, communication, and professional skills.\nTo broaden your understanding of the firm, you will participate in structured learning sessions with key departments across Pathstone, gaining insight into how these teams support and enhance the client experience. Throughout the program, you will collaborate on regional projects, build relationships with team members across the country, and develop a holistic view of how Pathstone is in service of our client’s preferred life.\nWhat We Expect: You will be expected to participate in professional development sessions and contribute to meaningful projects. Assignments include, but are not limited to:\nAdvisory team regional projects and deliverables\nStructured learning sessions\nProfessional development, networking opportunities, and culture work\nCapstone presentation and Graduation Week activities\nWho You Are:\nCurrent junior with a 2028 graduation date\nCurious and eager to learn, with an interest in understanding how your work contributes to broader client outcomes\nResourceful and proactive in taking initiative to solve problems\nAdaptable communicator who listens well, seeks to understand, and collaborates effectively with others\nRelationship-oriented, building trust and positive connections with colleagues and teammates\nPassionate about helping others and delivering high-quality client experience\nAccountable and dependable, following through on commitments and producing high-quality work\nInterested in learning how to use and optimize AI to support day-to-day work and solve problems creatively\n\nTiming and Program Details:\nThe program begins mid-June\n40-hour work week for 8 weeks, in office Monday - Friday\nAvailable in our Bellevue, WA, Boston, MA, Boulder, CO, Newtown Square, PA (Philly Metro), and San Francisco, CA offices\nParticipation in Graduation Week, including in-person project presentations and networking opportunities, hosted in our Boulder, CO office\nPotential pathway to full-time employment on the Advisory team\nPaid internship, non-exempt (hourly) position, at $25/hour\n\nVisa Sponsorship: Please note, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for the position offered.
