We celebrate, and embrace, our team members through our *HUMBLE*HUNGRY*SMART approach, and we believe that we are strongest when we embrace the voices of our employees, customers, partners, and the communities we serve. \nAbout the Role:\nAligns technology solutions with business strategies to improve business reporting capabilities, enhance technical analyses, improve forecasting accuracy, facilitate operational planning and refine other such processes to maximize business performance.\nWhat You Will Do:\nUses knowledge of business and data structure to discover and/or anticipate problems where data can be used to solve the problem.\nActively participates in initial and continual development, as well as on-going maintenance of reports and models.\nMaintains and refines historic and forward-looking business metrics and statistics that can be used to help guide decision making.\nAssists in the creation and compilation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages, highlighting results and variance analysis.\nIdentifies and executes opportunities for process improvement and standardization across business lines.\nDrives standard definitions around key data elements and identify and support projects related to achieving data consistency, availability and quality.\nProvides support, and assists in, driving the identification and implementation of technology solutions to reduce manual processes, enhance controls, improve cycle times, and support consistency.\nGenerates one-time, ad hoc reports by crafting custom queries against the data repository.\nWorks closely with internal and external partners to obtain supporting information and data.\nDevelops a consistent view of product performance and operational support functions.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred\nTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent.\n5+ years work experience preferably in Payments (or adjacent industry)\nDistinguishing Characteristics\nDistinguished by advanced expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and end-to-end analytical solution design, combined with a strong focus on business partnership and end-user adoption.\nServes as a champion for intuitive, trusted, and actionable analytics by translating complex business needs into scalable analytical solutions, establishing visualization and analytical best practices, and enabling users to confidently leverage data for decision-making.\nOperates as a trusted advisor across business and technical teams and promotes responsible self-service analytics through engagement, education, and continuous improvement.\nCommunicates Effectively\nInterpersonal Savvy\nCollaborates\nBusiness Acumen\nFunctional/Technical Skills\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\nSalary range: $86,000 - $145,000\n\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Ranges may be modified in the future.\nThis role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
