Assists in identifying and monitoring operational and strategic risks along with associated key risk indicator.\nWhat You Will Do:\nUnderstand and help facilitate alignment among policies, program standards, work procedures and external guidelines. Identify gaps and help drive corrective action.\nAssist in identifying and monitoring operational and strategic risks along with associated Key Risk Indicators.\nAssist in identifying and implementing controls and procedures to mitigate risks supporting operational and strategic risk management efforts.\nAssume liaison role for all internal/external audit support requests.\nAssist in translating control deficiencies into action plans.\nContribute to the enhancement of governance practices in alignment with risk and compliance frameworks.\nResponsible for monitoring and escalating open issues and findings to appropriate stakeholders, including senior management.\nRemain current on regulatory policy, program standards and work procedures ensuring proper compliance with processes and requirements are followed.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.\nTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent.\nMerchant acquiring, ATM, and/or card network experience is preferred.\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\nSalary range: $86,000 - $145,000\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Ranges may be modified in the future.\nThis role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
