They provide expert guidance to leadership on risk strategy, regulatory compliance, and enterprise resilience. Their work spans across industries and involves collaboration with internal departments, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.\nWhat You Will Do:\nConducts risk assessments and internal/external partner reviews.\nDevelops and implements risk mitigation strategies.\nAdvises leadership on risk-related decisions.\nMonitors regulatory changes and ensuring compliance.\nPrepares risk reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.\nLeverages data analytics and technology for predictive risk modeling.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred\nTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent\nAttention to detail.\nStrong organizational skills.\nWritten & verbal communications skills\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\nSalary range: $86,000 - $145,000\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
