This includes providing technical and regulatory expertise in specified areas: application security, identity and access management, security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and security assessments\nWhat You Will Do:\nManages information security risk assessments; evaluate security issues and available controls.\nProvides training and oversight internally and with direct partners or other third parties with which Pathward may share sensitive information.\nManages development of policies for the Information Security processes.\nEnsures that defined change control procedures are followed including system and software testing.\nDirects security related tasks in business initiatives in support of the information security programs such as third-party vendor, security GRC, and identify and access programs.\nServes as an information security consultant for the organization and direct partners we work with.\nSpecifically managing risks associated with third party handling of information assets and service delivery.\nIdentifies security needs and presents products and services that meet those needs.\nSupports regulatory and corporate compliance initiatives as they pertain to the company’s information security requirements Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Payment Card Industry (PCI) & Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).\nComplies with all provisions of the Bank Security Act.\nResponsible for supervision of others to include hiring, training, assigning, and directing work, establishing goals, evaluating performance and resolving employee-related issues.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.\nTypically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\nSalary range: $125,000- $208,000\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
