We celebrate, and embrace, our team members through our *HUMBLE*HUNGRY*SMART approach, and we believe that we are strongest when we embrace the voices of our employees, customers, partners, and the communities we serve. \nAbout the Role:\nLeads and delivers integrated corporate communications that connect employees and external stakeholders to the company’s strategy, culture, priorities, and organizational impact.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and business objectives.\nAdvise executives and business leaders on messaging, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and communication planning.\nDevelop enterprise messaging frameworks, narratives, and communication plans that connect strategy, culture, performance, and organizational impact.\nOversee media relations, public relations, corporate announcements, spokesperson support, and other external communications activities.\nLead employee communications programs, campaigns, and events that reinforce strategic priorities and support engagement.\nGovern communication channels, editorial calendars, content planning, approvals, and communication standards across the enterprise.\nDirect corporate storytelling and content development for enterprise, executive, employee, and external audiences.\nCreate and oversee executive communications, including presentations, town halls, talking points, and leadership messaging.\nLead communications for organizational change, business transformation, enterprise initiatives, issues, and crises.\nMonitor communication effectiveness and use audience data and feedback to improve communication strategies, channels, and programs.\nTravel a few times a year for offsite, meetings etc. - Requires travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight and out of state.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.\nTypically, 12+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.\nScope encompasses one or more corporate communications functional areas and enterprise communication policy.\nDecisions establish enterprise direction for messaging, reputation, channels, governance, and resource priorities.\nWork connects corporate strategy, culture, performance, and stakeholder expectations through integrated communications.\nCompetencies:\nCommunication Skills: Ability to convey complex financial and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.\nStrategic Thinking: Ability to align business initiatives with organizational goals and market opportunities.\nStakeholder Management: Influencing and collaborating with executives, regulators, clients, and business partners.\nChange Leadership: Guiding organizations and teams through transformation, growth, and innovation initiatives.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively working across technology, operations, compliance, legal, risk, and business teams.\nProject & Program Management: Planning, organizing, and executing strategic initiatives and implementations.\nData Analytics: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\nSalary range: $150,000 - $227,000\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
