hour\n*Due to a large volume of driving needs, this position qualifies for a company vehicle OR a $100 monthly stipend*\nIn this role you will be making a difference by:\nFloating to different residential group homes and completing their admin duties as well as direct care.\nSupporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares\nScheduling and planning meals and activities\nScheduling and accompanying clients to medical appointments\nAdministering medications\nCooking and housework\nEnsuring house safety\nProvide constant supervision\nTransportation to appointments and community events\nCoaching and mentoring staff\nMaintaining proper documentation and logs of all consumer-based activities, medications, and other items in compliance with PTC and other guidelines, policies, and regulations. \nTo be considered for this role you must:\nCarry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle\nHold an acceptable driving record\nPossess strong English communication skills\nHave the ability to cover shifts beyond you own as necessary\nBe able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)\nBe able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check\nHave previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.\nAll full-time positions
