This role involves working with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of programmatic campaigns to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will possessstrong analytical skills, platform expertise, and a proactive approach to performance management and troubleshooting \nWhat You’llDo \nManage Programmatic Deal Operations: Oversee the entire programmatic deal workflow, from set-up, execution, reporting, and optimizations. Responsible for identifying process improvements to enhance effectiveness of programmatic operations. \nCampaign Management: Responsible for monitoring campaigns across various programmatic platforms to ensure accurate campaign delivery and performance against KPIs. Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to deal health. \nData Analysis & Reporting: Regularly review and analyze campaign performance data within dashboards and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders. \nPartner Management: Build and maintain relationships with AdTech Platforms, notably SSPs and key stakeholders and disseminating internal communications to staff and volunteers. \nWhat We Need \n5+ years of AdOps experience with PMP and Direct deal management \nHands-on experience setting up and managing programmatic deals directly within SSPs and DSPs. \nPossess a strong understanding of programmatic, targeting, and AdTech platforms and technologies. \nExperience working at large scale, premium publisher \nExperience with DOOH or extreme curiosity to learn fast \nStrong analytical skills for campaign optimization and performance analysis. Proven ability to analyze data sets and effectively communicate findings. \nProficient with major SSPs and ad servers. \nWhat You'll Need to Succeed \nExceptional organizational and communication skills. \nProactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of initiative. \nCollaborative with a positive attitude. \nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \nBase Salary Band: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00\nCompensation: At PatientPoint, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards.
