This individual will have strong attention to detail, be flexible, be able to manage constantly changing deadlines/requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will monitor and track changes in the schedule for advertising campaigns including creative changes, targeting changes or other changes in the campaign delivery. The Senior Ad Operations Specialist contributes to the successful deployment of advertising campaigns working collaboratively across internal departments to fulfill contract obligations. \nWhat You’ll Do \nSetup, manage, and monitor Direct deals in GAM \nWork across multiple content management platforms for deployment of advertising campaigns across a range of accounts and products. \nOngoing communication with internal Client Sales, Client Success, and Yield to ensure successful deployment and delivery of campaigns. \nReview and understand all contract obligations as it relates to execution of advertising campaigns. \nAttend and/or lead weekly status meetings for awareness of new campaigns or changes to existing campaigns. \nStrong prioritization skills in a rapidly growing business with constantly evolving deadlines \nAble to plan and be proactive in ensuring compliance with out-of-market dates, changes in creative or changes in where a campaign is scheduled to run. \nQA campaign set-up for self and other team members. \nEnsure process adherence and identify opportunities for process improvement. \nWhat We Need \n5+ years experience in Ad Operations in Google Ad Manager. \nExperience with Salesforce, Jira or other project management software, and AOS \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel \nDesired Qualifications \nBachelors Degree\nExperience working in 3rdparty monetization/wrapper company \nExperience working at a large scale, premium digital publisher \nExperience with BroadSign or similar Content Management Systems\nExperience with advertising agencies or pharmaceutical marketing \nExperience with Order Management Systems\nWhat You'll Need to Succeed \nCritical thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills. \nInterpersonal skills - ability to work closely with multiple teams. \nDetail-oriented - strong attention to detail a must.
