Our purpose-driven approach offers an inspirational career opportunity where you can contribute to improving health outcomes for millions of patients nationwide.\nLocation: Remote\nTravel Required: Less than 15%\nJob Summary \nAs a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that span Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations and business teams. \nYou will initially focus on two strategic areas: the implementation and adoption of PatientPoint’s Customer Data Platform and the advancement of AI initiatives across Product and Technology. \nThis is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, connect work across functions, and drive complex programs from strategy through execution and adoption. You will create clear visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions and outcomes while helping teams move from emerging ideas and initiatives into scalable, repeatable execution. \nWhat You’ll Do \nEnterprise Program Leadership \nLead complex, cross-functional transformation programs spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations and external partners. \nBuild integrated plans across priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and readiness. \nEstablish clear operating cadences and executive visibility for complex programs. \nAnticipate risks and dependencies and drive resolution before they materially impact outcomes. \nBring the right leaders together to resolve cross-functional issues and drive timely decisions. \nTranslate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes. \nStep into ambiguous or high-priority initiatives where additional structure and program leadership are needed. \nHelp shape and drive strategic AI initiatives across Product and Technology and structure to pilots and cross-functional initiative. \nCustomer Data Platform \nLead end-to-end program execution for the Customer Data Platform across Data, Product, Engineering, Ad Tech, Security, Privacy and business teams. \nCoordinate platform implementation, integrations, dependencies, readiness and adoption. \nEnsure CDP initiatives have clear ownership, milestones, success measures and decision paths. \nConnect technical delivery to business use cases and adoption. \nCreate visibility into program health, risks, dependencies and outcomes for senior leaders. \nEngineering, Data and Security leaders to support responsible and practical adoption. \nCross-Functional Leadership \nServe as a senior program leadership partner to Product, Engineering, Data and business leaders. \nChallenge assumptions, commitments and plans constructively when risks or dependencies are not sufficiently understood. \nEscalate material risks or unresolved decisions with clear context and a recommendation. \nInfluence across functions without relying on direct authority. \nPartner with the broader Tech PMO team to strengthen consistent program and portfolio practices. \nWhat We Need \n8+ years of technical program, transformation or technology delivery experience. \nDemonstrated success leading complex, multi-team technology programs. \nHands-on experience delivering a Customer Data Platform implementation, from vendor selection or build through integration and adoption. \nExperience working across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations and business teams. \nStrong technical literacy and credibility with Product, Engineering and Data leaders. \nDeep experience in integrated planning, dependency management, risk management and executive communication. \nAbility to create structure and momentum in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. \nStrong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills. \nDemonstrated ability to influence across functions without direct authority. \nStrong systems thinking and the ability to connect technology execution to business outcomes. \nDesired Experience \nExperience leading platform implementations, vendor integrations or technology transformation programs. \nExperience helping teams adopt AI or other emerging technology responsibly, moving from pilots to scaled, governed practice. \nExperience in healthcare or another regulated environment, including privacy and security review. \nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed \nYou create clarity from ambiguity. \nYou anticipate issues rather than simply report them. \nYou can operate strategically while still getting close to the work when needed. \nYou challenge constructively and bring recommendations, not just problems. \nYou build alignment across teams with different priorities and perspectives. \nYou drive accountability without unnecessary process. \nYou are comfortable leading work where the path is not fully defined. \nYou build trust across technical and business teams. \n#LI-ED1 #LI-Remote\n\nAbout PatientPoint: \n PatientPoint® is the Point of Change company, transforming the healthcare experience through the strategic delivery of behavior-changing content at critical moments of care.
