You will work closely with customers to understand their real business processes, configure AI Agent workflows, build practical prototypes, and turn customer-specific needs into scalable product capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork directly with enterprise customers to understand their IP, R&D, innovation, or strategic intelligence workflows.\nTranslate customer pain points into actionable AI solution designs and delivery plans.\nConfigure and deploy AI Agent workflows, Skills, dashboards, reports, and automation processes.\nBuild customer-facing demos and prototypes using Patsnap’s AI-native product ecosystem.\nSupport proof-of-concept projects, testing, feedback collection, and iteration.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting teams.\nIdentify reusable customer requirements and convert them into standardised Skills or product enhancements.\nEnsure delivery quality, data compliance, and documentation throughout engagements.\nRequirements\nExperience in solution engineering, technical consulting, product delivery, implementation, or customer-facing engineering roles.\nStrong hands-on ability with AI tools, automation workflows, data analysis, or prototype building.\nUnderstanding of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, APIs, workflow automation, or AI Agent concepts.\nStrong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.\nBusiness-level English and Japanese preferred for Japan-facing roles.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in IP, patent intelligence, R&D intelligence, legal tech, innovation management, or enterprise AI solutions.\nExperience with AI Agents, LLM applications, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, or no-code/low-code tools.\nTechnical background in software engineering, data science, or related fields.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nCustomers can see a working prototype using their own business context within a short delivery cycle.\nAI workflows are embedded into the customer’s existing processes.\nCustomer-specific needs are converted into reusable product capabilities or Skills.\nDelivery outcomes are measurable and directly useful to decision-making.\nWhy Join Patsnap\nAt Patsnap, we are building AI-native solutions that help companies transform how they manage IP, R&D, innovation, and strategic intelligence.
