This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi.\nWhat is a day in the life of an Affiliate Marketing Manager?\nResearch and reach out to potential affiliates and creators across marketplace platforms (Amazon, Walmart, and others)\n\nBuild, launch, and manage affiliate campaigns, including setting and monitoring budgets\n\nServe as a brand-facing point of contact, providing regular reporting, strategy, and program updates to partners\n\nMonitor overall affiliate program health and budgets across marketplace retailers and proactively flag issues\n\nBuild and grow affiliate networks, crafting messaging and strategies to engage affiliates\n\nUse affiliate platforms such as Levanta and Impact (or similar tools) to manage campaigns across retailers\n\nWhat will I need to thrive in this role?\n2-5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in affiliate marketing, marketplace management, or an agency setting\n\nHands-on experience with marketplace affiliate programs such as Amazon or Walmart\n\nA clear understanding of how affiliate programs function: building affiliate networks, creating campaigns, and managing budgets\n\nStrong executive and business presence, with the polish and terminology to represent Pattern directly to brand partners face-to-face\n\nProven ability to multitask and manage a high volume of brand accounts at once (agency experience managing 40+ accounts is a plus)\n\nFamiliarity with affiliate platforms like Levanta or Impact is a bonus, though not required - these are learnable on the job\n\nBackground in CPG, pharmaceuticals, vitamins/minerals/supplements, or beauty is a plus (not required)\n\nBackground in Amazon advertising a plus\n\nWhat does high performance look like?\nYou build strong, trusted relationships with your brand partners and are seen as a reliable point of contact\n\nYou independently manage a large, varied portfolio of brands and proactively monitor and resolve program health issues\n\nSome examples might include these:\n\nYou follow through with all assignments in a timely manner\n\nAbility to work cross functionally between both internal and external teams\n\nYou give 100% to all tasks and projects you are given\n\nYou will take full ownership of your projects and follow through to completion\n\nWhat is the team like?\nYou will work alongside other members of the Marketplaces team, and be managed by our Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager.
