This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid/flexible schedule based in Lehi, Utah or Los Angeles, CA.\nWhat is a day in the life of a Community Manager (Spanish Speaking)?\nExecute creator acquisition through mass outreach using internal tools and data-driven strategies\n\nBuild and grow invite only creator groups on Lark, Discord and offline.\n\nManage campaign budgets allocated by Account Managers and support budget allocation across multiple campaigns\n\nIdentify, source, and engage creators for TikTok Shop campaigns using internal creator data platforms\n\nCoordinate with internal teams to align campaign execution, including Account Managers and Creator Management\n\nTrack and analyze campaign performance, then adjust strategy based on performance insights\n\nSupport large-scale campaign launches and major campaign moments such as product launches and brand days\n\nOccasionally participate in client or brand meetings to gather requirements and support campaign alignment\n\nWhat will I need to thrive in this role?\nFamiliarity with TikTok Shop or the creator economy; TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred\n\nStrong analytical thinking and willingness to deep dive into data and performance\n\nProject management capability and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously\n\nCuriosity, strong learning agility, and an operational mindset\n\nExperience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, creator campaigns, BI/reporting, or dashboard creation is preferred\n\nWhat does high performance look like?\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns effectively and deliver campaign execution at scale\n\nStrong campaign performance optimization through data insights and strategy adjustments\n\nEfficient creator sourcing, outreach, and engagement to support brand campaign goals\n\nStrong collaboration with internal stakeholders across account management, creator management, and international teams\n\nTaking full ownership of campaign execution and following through to completion\n\nWhat is my potential for career growth?\nThis role offers strong learning opportunities and potential mobility into Account Manager roles or broader strategic roles over time. You will also be mentored by them and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented.
